Conditions
General terms and conditions: Hotel room prices are in EURO, and include breakfast and taxes. In order to make a reservation, a credit card guarantee is needed.
Guarantee: the hotel reserves the right to authorize the creditcard prior to arrival. The autorization is not equal to payment!
Check In: Check-in time starts from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible upon availability, via prior request, following the confirmation of the hotel.
Check Out: Our guests are requested to leave the hotel room no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late departure (please ask the reception) you will be debited a surcharge, after 6 p.m. you will be charged a whole night’s stay.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date; in case of late cancellation or no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the price of the first night. Reimbursements are written off by the credit card companies on your account.
Children: One child under the age of 12 can stay in the room of the parents free of charge. Please note that extra bed is possible only in our junior suites and queen suite rooms.
Pets: Small pets are allowed to stay in the hotel for the price of 25€/night. Please contact the reservation department!
